  • Research and study lots of resources and if you read only one book, check out Peter Kelder and Dr. Bernie Siegel’s Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth (Book 2)
  • Prioritize and gift a commitment to YOUR self to practice the Rites each day for one month or longer (only talking about 10 to 15 min, folks!)
  • Be patient and take it slow so that you give your body chance to adapt to the 5 exercises without risking injury and if it feels good, add 1 to 3 yoga and similar stretches between each of the rites.  My stretches in-between the 5 rites include a full on the floor body stretch, a lunge on each leg, a both knees-to-chest stretch, child pose (Balasana)

  • Play music you love while doing the 5 exercises of the Tibetan Rites. For me it is a playlist of calming music favorites.
