What does one of Nancy's Vitality Recharging groups look like?

  1.  It's a diverse group of men and women led by Coach Nancy in person or via Zoom -- all of whom share the common goal of being ready to build, change or enhance habits that allow them to live with their healthiest vitality today and every day.
  2. It's a group that will quickly transform into being peer coaches for one another exchanging vitality tips, trustworthy resources and their life experiences of success stories and lessons learned from not so successful prior efforts.
  3. It's a caring, confidential and safe community where you share without fear of judgment or ridicule - where you grow your best self and where you celebrate and appreciate each other's smallest of baby steps forward in our healthy vitality journeys.
  4.  It is fun.  It is eye opening. Life changing.
    It becomes as comfortable as our favorite bedroom slippers.  
    It is the richness and blessings of a giving community at its best.

Is there a set, standard private coaching curriculum or are private sessions custom designed for each person?

We will cover the primary healthy vitality categories as our guide to building our strongest and most sustainable life style habits. In private sessions, the order of covering everything and the actual content is custom designed in accordance with the clients' goals.

What are are primary healthy vitality categories?

Nutrition - the critical foundation of all good health habits, why it matters and how to transition to (and stick to!) healthier eating, meal planning in and out of our homes and simple meal prep ~

Sleep - Understanding what it does for us short and long term, teaching our brains smart sleep habits and how to enjoy the best sleep possible ~

Exercise/Movement - Bringing back the joy, creativity and love of exercising and a plan for creating the most energy and benefits from our exercise ~

Animal protection and companionship - From birds to horses and all creatures in between, what can we do to protect earth's animals and how they can enhance our healthy vitality journey and results ~

Simplified Stress Management Tools  - custom designed for each client's specific needs and goals ~ 

Relationship Health Checks and Enhancement - simple ways to assess how we are tapping into the gifts of community relationships and all the health benefits we gain and give to others by doing so ~

Laughter - fun ways to ensure it is indeed a big part of every day - laughter and smiles shared and enjoyed alone and with others -
